Hello and welcome to the Health Ministry Connection.  This is a free ministry service for churches and organizations wanting to help their congregations, members, and community by offering health and wellness screens and education.  All services are provided at no cost.  Some screens do have a slight cost for supplies/vendors. 

I have believed in health ministry for quite some time. Many times churches and organizations do not have the time or money to spend trying to set up events, find information or secure presenters.  This ministry helps with doing just that and it is a free service.

The ministry is run by a registered nurse of over 25 years experience. Experience that includes working in intensive care, nursing homes, being a case manager at a local hospital, and working for a very large health insurance company.  This wide range of experience leads the way for being able to assist a variety of people and helping with many different situations. 

The ministry also utilizes other health care professionals to meet as many needs as possible.  This includes working with other businesses and organizations to provide the needed health education and health screenings.  You will find them listed in our sponsor section as they join the ministry. 

The Bible is very clear in our responsibility to the body of Christ...

For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I
was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a

Inspired by the calling, the mission is to 
 
  • to increase community awareness of the need for health care and serve our church body and community
  • to help people to grow and learn through mutual support and care 
  • to be a good neighbor and help those to people in need
  • to serve as an example of Jesus Christ and encourage more followers to do the same
  • share the news of Jesus Christ through actions and words
